We're Hiring! Aquilla Archaeology Ltd. is looking for a Field Director Archaeologist to join our team in Nanaimo, BC.

Aquilla Archaeology Ltd. is looking for a Field Director Archaeologist to start immediately! Successful candidate will receive a SIGNING BONUS and have opportunities for year-round field and office work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead archaeological assessments and fieldwork in exciting locations
- Mentor junior staff
- Collaborate with a supportive team
- Prepare reports and site forms
- Work with Indigenous communities and regulatory colleagues

What You Need
- Approved (or close to completion) Field Director status (Northwest Coast)
- Experience in BC archaeology (Coastal Preferred)
- Degree in archaeology or anthropology
- Valid BC driver’s license
- Strong field and leadership skills
